  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a note with your RMA number inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our returns processing center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
